Paris Bus

The bus system uses the same single ride tickets as the Métro.

Every bus stop has a map of that bus route and displays the bus numbers. You can pick up free route maps from the metro stations. Buses usually commence their routes at 6.30am and finish at 8.30pm, with some continuing on until midnight. On Sundays and public holidays services are usually reduced to half.

Night Buses
These buses are great if you are heading out for a late night and need a cheap way to get home. They run over 35 routes, with the NO1 and NO2 servicing most of the central nightlife areas of Paris and the major train stations. On week ends they run every 10 minutes. Tickets can be bought from the driver but they need to b validated by the ticket machine.
